Ether Anhydrous is also called Diethyl ether and Ethyl Ether. It is a common laboratory solvent for chemical reactions and liquid-liquid extraction. Ether is colorless and has a strong, distinct smell and a sweet taste. Ether is highly flammable and volatile.
