Solution

Creation of a Leads evaluation tool to support the sales team. This solution uses artificial intelligence algorithms to assign a probability of success for each lead/deal, in order to focus the sales teams on the contacts with the best scores and, at the same time, identify the best strategies to boost conversions. The strategy proved successful because it allows you to directly use significant non-quantitative data, which would be otherwise impossible to use in a purely mathematical model.
